Wayne Foundation is a non-profit institution being built to deliver three programs across North Bengal — Clean Energy Access, Agricultural Supply Chain Development, and Cold Storage Infrastructure. A twelve-seat governing board carries the Foundation's decisions forward, meeting monthly.
